Visitor Experience Assistant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Visitor Center Assistant Manager to provide an excellent guest experience for our new downtown Louisville location. This will be a key role in the marketing and management of the Green River Distilling Company Louisville experience. This new position will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience meets brand direction and exceeds the expectations of all visitors. This role will manage, support, and lead an hourly team and mixology team whose focus is on providing a unique and super premium brand experience for guests of Green River Distilling Company in a brand-new satellite location. The role will be involved with goal setting and tracking, using analytics to improve operations and measure performance. The Lou GRD VE Assistant Manager will help maintain and operate a safe, responsible, and compliant environment for our guests and employees. The Assistant Manager will foster excellent team morale and an inclusive culture for our employees across this new satellite location in downtown Louisville. This position reports to the Visitor Experience Manager for Green River Distilling Company Louisville Tasting Room. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience at our newly opened Louisville location- Louisville Tasting Rom.  This position will be creating new cocktails, updating the menus, working with the brand team, and Bar Manager on fulfillment and execution.  Training the bartenders on new cocktail creations and staying ahead of trends, as well as crafting a cocktail class in our education room. Must be able to prepare classic and innovative drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to meet customers’ needs and expectations.  A friendly personality and outstanding customer service skills are a must.

The Event Manager will ensure successful execution of events from wedding rehearsal dinners, weddings, elopements, birthday parties, retirement parties, and corporate meetings/dinners in multiple events spaces.   The Event Manager must be a master organizer, be proactive and have foresight to anticipate and solve problems quickly.  The ideal candidate will be able to provide outstanding customer service and organize memorable events that meet the intended goals and expectations for the client.   Must be able to work with clients directly to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
